Availability people can trust
When someone opens your link, CalSync reads every calendar you selected right then. A meeting booked two minutes ago in Outlook is already gone from the list. And because the slot is re-checked at the moment of booking, two people opening the page at once can never book the same time.
- Live conflict checks, not a cached snapshot
- Slot re-verified before the booking is written
- Events marked free never block a slot
Guardrails that protect your day
Add a buffer before or after so meetings never stack back-to-back, require a few hours of notice so nothing lands in your lap, and cap how many bookings a single day can take.
- Buffers up to four hours on each side
- Minimum notice from none to two days
- Daily caps and a rolling bookable window
Team links
Collective links only offer slots where every host is free — right for interview panels. Round-robin spreads bookings across the team, giving the next meeting to whoever has the lightest load.
The booking page itself
Clean, fast and mobile-friendly. Invitees see times in their own timezone automatically, can add guests, and get a link to reschedule or cancel without emailing you.
- Automatic timezone detection with a manual override
- Self-serve cancellation removes the event from your calendar
- Embed it in your own site with one iframe
Good to know
- Does the meeting land on my calendar?
- Yes. Pick which calendar receives bookings and the event is created there the moment someone confirms — along with the invitee, any guests and the video link.
- Can I approve bookings first?
- Turn on “require confirmation” and bookings arrive as pending. The slot is held until you confirm or decline.
- What if someone cancels?
- The event is removed from your calendar automatically and the slot opens back up on your booking page.
