When someone opens your link, CalSync reads every calendar you selected right then. A meeting booked two minutes ago in Outlook is already gone from the list. And because the slot is re-checked at the moment of booking, two people opening the page at once can never book the same time.

Collective links only offer slots where every host is free — right for interview panels. Round-robin spreads bookings across the team, giving the next meeting to whoever has the lightest load.
